3.5 ranger quickbuild5/29/2023 It takes a little longer to get some of their good abilities, but they still get them. Rogue - Rogues got nerfed a little in D&D 3.5, but thats not necessarily a bad thing. Monks - monks still suffer from the same problem they had in 3rd edition.they cant hit anyone! They added amulet of mighty fists to the DMG, and that should help with their to hit rolls, but other melee classes will have weapons with the same modifiers at the same levels, so a monk will never catch up to the other melee classes when it comes to how often they hit.ĩ. Getting that charisma ability modifier to saving throws is invaluable!Ĩ. They are still a good class, especially if you have a high charisma. I havent found any significant nerfs to them yet. Paladins - they get to smite more often in D&D 3.5. Barbarians - D12 hit dice, Uncanny dodge, rage, and better damage reduction really makes a barbarian shine.ħ. Cat's Grace, Bear's Endurance, Owl's Wisdom. Their spell list improved dramatically too. Giving rangers evasion, and three bonus feats for dual-wielding makes them a wonderful class. In 3rd edition D&D rangers still stunk up the joint. In 2nd edition, rangers stunk up the joint. Ranger - In 1st edition D&D, rangers were one of the best classes in the game. Fighter - all those feats! If you own all of the splat books, and Forgotten Realms books, you can take some serious feats, and do some serious damage with a fighter.ĥ. Sorcerer - the inability to use quickened spells effectively keepsĤ. D8 hit points, ability to cast spells in heavy armor, ability to turn undead. Anyone read Holy Word yet in D&D 3.5? Thats just a sample of their wonderful spells. Cleric - they have some amazing spells on their spell lists. Wizard - was #1 in 1st edition D&D, was #1 in 2nd edition D&D, was #1 in Third Edition D&D, and is still #1 in D&D 3.5Ģ. DO NOT post your list based upon which classes you like to play the most, or which ones you think are the "most cool." Simply list the classes based upon raw power.ġ. These rankings should be based on how powerful you think each class is relative to each other, and relative to the monsters and NPCs you might fight in your campaigns. Postman interview questions5/29/2023 Though your experience will be completely different from area to area and whether you have a fixed walk or are doing cut offs. The job itself varies considerably from day-to-day depending on load and whether people are off sick. Also, what they tell you at induction is a load of ****e, and will be thrown out the window within 5 minutes of setting foot in the delivery office. Don't expect to find out soon, though! It took them 6 weeks from my interview to my start date. I'd previously worked for Royal Mail and FedEx (albeit sorting) so I was able to talk about quite a lot of relevant stuff. The interview was just generic questions, why did you apply, as above basically. Might be a bt late here, but I've been working as a postman contracted hours for 3 weeks now. For example When have you taken responsibility for something? Have you ever been faced with a particularly difficult situation? What are your strengths? How would you deal with a customer who is disappointed with the service provided? Be yourself, be confident and be enthausiastic. Meaning some very typical questions will be asked. The interview itself, I believe, is based around a generic form. Not too sure if they still do it but they used to use an independant company to validate applications (think they were heavily fined for employing illegally some years ago). When asked for 3 Document in section 2, take 4. To be sure you actually get to start the interview I would recommend, (for example)when asked for 2 documents from section A, take 3. Congrats for getting an interview! First make sure you take all the documentation asked for. What does the interview involve and what type of questions were you asked? Would appreciate any help. I just wanted to ask if anyone has had an interview for this position. Hi, I have an interview with the royal mail for the position of a postman next week. |
